No5jl reserves the right to suspend or lock any Account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. No5jl will contact the Account holder via their registered contact details in such circumstances.
All financial transactions on the no5jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No5jl supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your no5jl Account balance upon successful confirmation of payment. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are subject to change. No5jl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by no5jl in accordance with its standard processing schedule. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing times.
No5jl will only process withdrawals to a payment method registered in the same name as the no5jl Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. No5jl reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
